In addition to my duties as an instructor of Computer Information Systems classes, I serve as an academic and program advisor. This means I am prepared to assist you in choosing classes within our department, and I can help you choose classes from other departments that are required by our certificate and degree programs. I've created these pages to help both current students and prospective students to navigate the sometimes bewildering array of requirements and expectations that we call the "College Experience". If you are unsure if our certificates or degrees offer what you are looking for, I can help you learn more about the opportunities they provide. EvCC has other advising specialists ready to help as well. Our Financial Aid office has specialists to help you with concerns about funding your education. We have Study Skills specialists ready to help you gain the most from your time and effort. We have a great team in Student Support Services that are experts at helping you figure out ways to deal with personal and family committments that compete with your study time. Once you are clear about your academic and career path, an academic advisor, such as myself, will usually be your primary advisor. Hello, and welcome to my web site. I teach Information Technolgy courses for the Computer Information Systems department here at EvCC. I teach introductory courses in computer technology, but I also teach network technology and server administration. Before I began teaching I supported IT for the College. I have a lot of experience at supporting large numbers of computers and computer users.
