This page is to help current students work through the requirements for program completion.
The full list of degree requirements is listed in the current Catalog.
Are you working with an advisor?
If you are taking CIS courses with the intention of earning an Associate degee or one of our certificates, you should be seeing a CIS faculty advisor frequently.
Have you updated your curriculum guide?
When you visit your Faculty advisor, bring your up-to-date curriculum guide. Your advisor needs that document in order to efficiently and accurately advise you on future courses. Make sure the information you've entered in your curriculum guide checklist is accurate and up-to-date BEFORE you visit your advisor
Have you completed your diversity requirement?
It's required for all Associate degrees. Most students choose a diversity course that also meets one of their other graduation requirements. See your academic advisor if you have questions.
Are you getting close to Graduation?
If you are ready to graduate, make sure you have checked with a faculty advisor. We need to carefully inspect your curriculum guide checklist to make sure you have met all requirements. A faculty advisor needs to sign your curriculum guide and your Application for Graduation before you submit them to Enrollment Services. Please don't expect an advisor to sign this document without taking time to properly inspect it and consult with you.
